Found in the back yard (TX style)

Was out last weekend, and I came accross these three beauties. Still haven't confirmed what the Gecko is, but I know it ain't a Med or a Texas Banded. The other to are smaller classic Texas Spiny Lizards. Enjoy.

Cool pics. I wish we had spiny tails, the assortment of anoles suffices though.

oh, we have a ton of Green Anoles 'round these parts too. We also have some Gulf Coast Toads, although I wonder if they are a little far away from the coast. Will have to see if I can get some pictures of them.

I see those Geckos all the time here in Texas. The last time I saw one was yesterday.

PS: what part of TX do you live in?

32 miles north of San Antonio, 8 miles south of New Braunfels, and 68 miles south of Austin.

And believe it or not, I drive 75 miles one way to get to work.

Why do you say the gecko isn't a med? Looks like a mediterranean house gecko (Hemidactylus turcicus turcicus) if I ever saw one.
