Im no scientist. I report my findings to the Sternberg Museum of Natural History, and they decide what it means.
Personally I think it is amazing to find Timber Rattlesnakes within the city limits of a city this size. I imagine it is because this area has only been massively populated in the last 10 years or so.
I always consider it a good day herping when we find Timbers or Copperheads.
