I got a great site that has the roaches. Great guy too, But best to feed would be B. discoidalis. Great meat to shell ratio, non climbing non flying, and give live birth :P

www.smokingroach.com thats who I got mine off of, just shot him an email about what your feeding and he'll help you with the questions.

If you get at least 100 nymphs, then you should have a good colony in about 4 or 5 months (if you have larger nymphs). It aslo depends on the conditions on how fast the colony will grow too.

Thats what I found out for you

They all are really, my colonies are doing well. The ones that are reproducing the fastest are the Lateralis, the discoidalis are doing the best tho, in means of living and whatnot, Ive had the least deaths occur with thwm. They are also the best feeders I think, my monitor lovesss themm haha, any specific question about a species let me know, and Ill help ya out as much as possible.

Cool, the discoidalis were what I was thinking i'd go with. For the size and ease of care mainly. Thanks for the help deciding tho.
