I use fluker farms cricket food as a staple, and I throw in what ever fresh fruit and veggies I have at the time.

Crickets are easy.

I feed a mixture of dry kitten chow, Oats, powdered milk, cornmeal as well as scraps of whatever veggie we are using for our dinner. Avoid meat or anything greasy.

I feed my crickets cricketfood.com gutload from online. This is a very healthy gut load. But some great things to feed crickets are fish food, a small vitamin supplement added on a veggie per week or so, bran, oats, and any thing that is not high in calcium. For water sources I usee potatoes, apple slices, collar greens, Zuchinni, and other various fruits, veggies, and greens.
