No, Super worms are the larvae stage of Zoophobas mario. They prefer warmth, refrigiration will kill them. Additionally they will not pupate in close proximity with other superworms. There are some very great articles on the web about superworms and breeding them. Whereas Mealworms are the larval stage of Tenebrio molitor, mealworm beetles. They are similiar, but not the same.

Ryan pretty much said it. They're similar (both being larva of darkling beetles), but they're different species of darkling beetles. Some mealworms have been created to be larger than the normal ones, but they don't really serve a purpose if you ask me, cause that's what superworms are for.

Yeah, not to mention the superworms contain less chitin to weight then mealworms.

Kingworms! That's what they call the "giant mealworms". They're basically mealworms that are the size of superworms. The name just came to me...
