I gutload everything. Basically use good fresh fruits and veggies. I bought the Flukers gut-load for crickets a while ago but was not impressed.

i keep them in a large rubbermaid storage tote and feed them collard greens, carrots, sweet potatoes, apples and other fruits and veggies, as well as cat kibble for protein. I dust them every other week with vitamins on feeding day.
