I can guarantee that greens in the chili taste a whole lot better than a boot in the chili

I'd eat them if I had to, but really paying like $2.99 for 4 leaves of kale or 6 leaves of collard greens means I couldn't AFFORD to eat it.

I have never seen collard greens sold as a "head"!
They don't grow that way.

I will say, LOTS of people here eat collard greens on a regular basis, and its warmer so they are easier to transport.
