I just restared my mealworm colony. So easy to do!!
I found with the supers that when I put styrofoam in there, they would burrow in (but not eat) the styrfoam, allowing them seclusion to turn into those clumsy beetles they turn in to. They are a bit of a pain, try roaches, I hear they are easy (so easy I'm trying it)!

No way, dude. Roaches give me the willies. I cant imagine having a box full of them.
Did the supers really clear out enough room to curl up, pupate, and hatch out? That sounds nice and easy..

I once broached the concept of bringing roaches in as feeders.
Ever see a little short Irish woman with fire coming out of the eye sockets?

Sorry to burst you easy bubble Livesquid. But adult supers have to be singled or they won't pupate. Like in a camera film canister.
