I don't see how it would hurt, as long as they didn't get substrate of carpet fibers stuck to them. If a bearded dragon came across an exposed worm in the wild I doubt much hesitation would be done before the worm is finally consumed. The main concern I'd have would be the same one I'd have regardless of what's eating the worm, and that's "what has the worm been eating?". Bait shop nightcrawlers are not exactly "high grade" feeder worms. They're bait.
