Anyone have any suggestions for a reliable company that's not that expensive for frozen feeders? I am only looking for like 100 frozen fuzzies, I don't want to pay more then 65.00 with shipping. I found a company for 65.00 even including shipping! I was just wondering if there was anything better? Thanks

Where are you located? Some times there are herp organization in different areas and there are usually someone who will sell you what you need or will let you add on to their order. Just a thought.

I think the best price for the best frozen feeders I ever got was from Big Cheese Rodent Factory. Compared to buying them locally, it was much cheaper to go with Big Cheese...I did also order form Rodentpro once, and they were relatively inexpensive as well.

I have personally done business with Rodentpro.com myself and have always been pleased.
A lot will depend on where you are located.
For instance RP will ship me a 100 fuzzies including shipping for $48
And they have a sale going on right now. The fuzzies are only .14 each. the rest of the cost is shipping.

Thanks. I live in Pennsylvania. The cheapest I found was LLL reptiles. Which is 45.00 for 50 and 65.00 for 100 shipped. I was just kind ofhopinf for a little cheaper then that!

I have ordered from Big Cheese as well because they are located in my state, I have heard good things about Rodent Pro too. You can also catch them having specials.

Thats the problem with ordering small quantities. The shipping will cost you more than the rodents. You figure that you have to pay for the weight of a big peice of dry ice to keep them frozen during transport.
Is there possibly someone you know that could go in with you on an order? the more you buy spreads the shipping costs out.

Check into Rodentpro. There site has a feature that will calculate your costs including shipping. In my searching they always came up cheaper than anywhere else I looked.

I always found that even with shipping figured in, the cost per rodent from either Big Cheese or RodentPro was significantly less than what I would pay going to my local supplier.
