Judging from what I can see in the pictures, you would be fine in bringing up the size a bit. They can swallow a lot larger than you think they can. You should be able to see a noticeable lump in the snake's body after they completely swallow the feeder. Say 30 minutes or so.
If small feeders are all you are able to get, feeding multiples won't hurt for a feed or two. Snakes in the wild will come upon a nest of baby rodents and will eat all they can hold. But this is not an all the time event.
The thing is that with each feeder there are portions that are not digestable. By feeding multiples you increase the amount of non digested material, meaning more waste (both for the snake to pass as well as for you to clean up!) as well as more expense per feeding.
It will cost you less to buy one feeder of appropriate size than 2 smaller ones.
