    Supply and demand.

    Personally, these farms should act as other farms do in other countries; They should practice regulated releasing. It has worked decent in some species and great in others so a trial run should be thought of. The only thing I find different from 'these' farms and other farms are they seem to be more into gaining funds, not populational status. Most farms, though run for profit do care for wild populations. If they didn't, the farms would be in the same shape as the ones in this article.
