Anyway, the video says it was shot by a farmer. As a result could it possibly have neurological or other brain damage to make it very slow and lethargic all the time? Like how people can get brain damage from an accident and it can change how they act and respond to things.

Yeah, or it could be a Downs gator. I dunno. Maybe it's training. I don't think so. Maybe it's his appeal. Doubtful. Maybe the animal is retarded or brain damaged. Maybe. Maybe it's that one in 500,000,000 that has a dormant "nasty-bugger" gene. I think it's a fluke. I don't think he couldn't do it again after this one dies or leaves. At least that's my opinion.
