Not sure of their age, it just said captive bred 2004 hatched, my local petshop has ordered them for me so i'm guessing they will be small ones, they usually only get hatchlings in, he got a new list today of what different colour morphs so I had to order them as they usually only get snow corns or amels, and its so hard to get a ghost or creamsicle around here, there is a nice jungle corn I am after but it would mean traveling too far a distance so I dont know what to do, the guy email me and said I would have to pick it up,

BTW Rachel, is wakefield near you as on his website he says he lives in West Yorkshire, but in his email he says wakefield, just wondering how far away it is, is wakfield in yorkshire?

I'm sure your house looks like a mansion compared to ours anyway, judging by the general size difference in UK-USA houses Barely enough room to move in our house with all the tanks, but we manage,. I'll get pics later and you can persuade your hubby to let your hobby grow and grow

Donna, Wakefield is near us,. i say pick up the corn and visit us at the same time! Jungle corns are stunning! We really wanted one last year, but it was just too expensive. Can't wait to see your new babies!

Donna You do know that the Jungle morph is a cornsnake x kingsnake hybrid?
As such it is not going to be safe to house with another snake as the kingsnake dietary habits may be present.

I do Know this, and although I am against hybrids and would never do this myself, it is a very nice looking snake, the snake I am after is Hybrid 3/4 Corn snake, 1/4 Ruthveni, I was just browsing his web site and it did catch my eye here a pic of him!

He actually calls it a velvet, I'm not sure if the ruthveni is a milksnake or kingsnake, what I have read about them and pictures I have seen they look like milk snakes and are called ruthveni kingsnake.

Donna, beautiful little guy We once saw some albino ones being sold and they were very pretty, but due to the hybrid not very popular. Anyway, the ruthvens is a kingsnake (Lampropeltis ruthveni), which may look very similar to milksnakes in appearance.. check out this care link, hope it helps.. ruthvens kingsnake
