Re: eating

she is like 3.5 to 4 feet and the mice are like small adults. i think I need to get bigger mice size but I had some left over so I just feed her the last two.

Re: eating

try feeding her the 2nd mouse sooner than you would normally. Do snakes eat more than one item at a time?

Re: eating

The snake may just have not been hungry enough fo the second one. Or somethingmay have distracted it and it did not feel comfortable eating teh second. Its nothing to worry about.

Not necessarily!
In the wild they might come on a nest and eat several at a time and then not eat for a considerable amount of time. A snake that eats a large meal will generally go hole up somewhere till its all digested.
They can't move very fast with a big lump in their belly!

Re: eating

Mine generally eat once every week or two. It depends on which snake, the 8ft boa likes to eat every week unless he's eating a Colossal sized rat, then it's every other week. My Jungle-carpet x diamond python knows how to count, his favorite number is 3. Once we only had some smaller mice, and so we gave him 8, he was very confused at that. They all have their quirks and favorite amounts and times. Sometimes they won't eat for 3 weeks to 3 months, just a personnal issue for them. Good luck
