Best idea is to look on Kingsnake.com, find in the classifieds, you may find some there. You can also look and see if there is a show in your area. Most shipping will cost 35 and up.

I am afraid you are out of luck looking for cheap shipping.
The shipping will cost you as much or more than the snake!

Just a tip: Make sure you have everything you need for the snake BEFORE you buy it. The fact that you're looking for a "cheap" snake and "cheap" shipping makes me wonder if you know that the set-up can cost as much or more than the snake itself. No offense: just a "heads up" warning here.
Besides the tank, you need a heat source: either an undertank heater or a ceramic heat emitter. (If you get the Ceramic Heat Emitter, you will need a protective lamp cage to keep the snake from burning itself.) And you'll need a rheostat. This will allow you to regulate the amount of heat that the source is outputting.
Then you need to have at least one (two is better) good quality thermometer/hygrometer to measure the temperatures and humidity on the warm and cool side of the tank.
You'll need substrate: DO NOT use cedar shavings: but you can use aspen or newspaper or papertowels.
You'll need 2 hide boxes (You can make some out of small cardboard boxes: ie Kleenex boxes -- no perfumes, though)
Then you'll need a water dish -- Not too high or deep: I use a ceramic ashtray for my Ball Python.
Then you'll need a light and a timer so that you can set a 12 hour on/12hour off cycle.
I think those are the basics. You will probably want to make a moist hide box out of a small tupaware container filled with damp sphagnum moss.

Check out the caresheet for cornsnakes for more info: Cornsnake Caresheet

Take your time to read and learn about your new snake and get everything set up that you'll need beforehand. It's worthwhile to set up the tank completely and test-run the heating for a few days to check that you can maintain the proper temperatures on each side of the tank before you put the snake in!!
Getting everything prepared in advance will save you money and stress in the long run, especially if the pet store with supplies is so far away!

hmm Cornutopia.com is amazing. And I trust Kathy Love. IDK Who is on kingsnake.com ya know. Anybody can breed, but can they do it right? are they in it for the animal and not the paper presidents? Do they have a safe rep? ETC. Shipping is going to be $40-ish.

and blackjack has said it. Nothing is cheap with reptiles. I mean yes, compared to "pet" shops. Breeders r...cheaper..but. Reptiles depend on you to live and etc. Would you want a baby human on the CHEAPEST things possible? idk. just an analogy.

in any case I'm not attacking you. I'm just saying ;D
