Depends on where you are shoping. I routinely see normal phase corns for 10-15 dollars at herp shows. Morphs are a bit more. Snows go for around 25-30. The more exotic the morph the more you pay.
If you are looking at pet shops figure starting around 50-100 dollars for a normal colored.

Hard to say from the pic. Can't say that I have seen one quite like that one. Sort of an odd looking color combination.
I can't even keep track of all the names on all the morphs they keep coming out with. LOL!
Your best bet is to check out breeder's sites to see what you like. Some good ones are

Corn snakes are wonderful, docile snakes. The prices very greatly when you look at morphs, last year the topper on the market was Opel Stripes at a good $1,500. Though this was the first year it's been avalible in quantity. So prices can be from $15 on up based on what you want, I would say most commen morphs go for $100 or less. I have had problems with hatchlings eatting I've rasied 10 this year and lossed two (another is still on and off eating though not looking good). The corn in the pic looks to be a Normal phase.
