Dyna is shedding.. apparently she had a tiny cut that I overlooked right under her head. When she shed that part of her some of her scales/color came off.
Also, I think she only shed to right before her major cut.
Her skin is much darker around the cut and after it.
Humidity has been up because of recent rain/ the flood in my room, but I sprayed her tank and gave her an extra moist hide.
She's been hiding a lot lately. Mainly in her little cave. I'm hoping she's still settling a bit from the escape. I'm going to feed on Sat, hopefully she eats right away.

Is there anything I can do for the skin around her head. Anything special to prevent infection or whatnot?
What about for the rest of her? She has a lot of things like bark that she can rub against to help get it off and now she has a big ol' water bowl, two moist hides and extra misting.
Anything else I should be doing?
Poor girl has been through so much!

She should be fine with what she has. If you feel you need to do something: you can put some Neosporin or Polysporin on the cut.
Personally, I would just leave it alone. In a few sheds, it will heal up on its own. My Rainbow, Talyn, ripped a huge piece of skin off of her side and sliced another part open too. (The first one needed stitches, but the other didn't. -- After two years, the smaller one is completely invisible and the bigger one looks a lot better. She'll always have a scar there, but it doesn't seem to bother her at all. Her sheds usually tear around that spot, though.)
You just really need to give her peace and quiet for a while and then offer her food.
