starting to get supplies!!

Ok, so I've looked into it, and I think an Under Tank Heater will work best however, as usual there are questions.
First of all, the little corn is going to start out in a 15 gallon tank.
How big of a Under Tank Heater would I need?
What about light, how can I add light to the tank without adding too much more heat?
I'm SOOO excited.
I'm getting this stuff slowly and finally, I'm going to head out to the Reptile show hehehe!! I have NO IDEA which morph I'm going to bring home.
All the little dudes are going to have to "audition" cause it's an open call here

I'm such a newb!

most times if you look on the packages for UTHs they have the size on the front or back. i think the one for 15-20 gallons would work. my tanks are all 20 longs and I have the 15-20 gallon size for them and it works very well. you only need to put it on one side. as far as lighting if the Under Tank Heater gets it warm enough to be the proper temps i'd say a light is your choice but if the weather is nice you won't need a light. i use a Under Tank Heater all the time and a light in the winter when I need a little extra help getting the temps to stay up. good luck with everything and I hope this was helpful. i'm sure others will be along to help too.

congrats though! corns are really wonderful snakes and I keep seeing such great morphs that I want as well besides the ones I have.

hahahaha.. I'm horribly addicted. Over the course of the next few years.. it's going to be a corn, then leo, then uro, then skink, then monitor. Maybe more snakes in there too lol...
