The plan I'm going with has internet speeds starting at 20 mb/sec. There are about 8 HD channels included, but I'm not a fan of it anyway. From what I've seen if you don't have an excellent TV it's not all that great.

This picture on our regular tv is much clearer with Fios than it was with Comcast. HD doesn't even compare...
