I am running an AMD athlon 64 dual-core processor, 2.60ghz 5000. It runs a NVIDIA GeForce 6150 LE, has a 400 gb hard drive, and 2 gb of ram. I upgraded my monitor as well and now have a 22". Its completely capable of running off the TV and has all the essential components to do so if I ever decide to. It also has a dvd/cd burner (16x).

It also includes 4 card readers (primarily for digital cameras), numerous ports for different attachments, and an external hard drive that is simply plug and play (from the front of the tower). This PC kicks *** and ran me $1,330 after rebates are sent out.

The OS is Windows Vista Home Premium

Not a hater, i dontlike macs :P. Only thing are the displays, Ipod eeewwwww. one button mouse. ewww lol. they are good for somethings. but for others nope, useless. Like nix, far better than Winblows, but alot of configuring to do stuff. and alot of things dont work.

I use both PC and Mac, and I've found I really prefer Macs to PCs. Better operating system, no viruses, much, much faster for the things that I do. I work in graphics, so much of the time I multitask three or four design programs at a time. Generally a Mac handles that much better than a PC, which tends to freeze and force me to restart. I don't have to worry about RAM issues most of the time, either, because they don't work the same way.

You know, I'm not sure why everyone complains about the mouse. You can get a two button mouse for a Mac and use it almost the same way as a PC. Or you can just scrap them both and get a tablet.
