Deffinately check out www.riobravoreptiles.com for basic info about each. I would recomend a boa constrictor imperator or a BCA. Something that stays a little bit smaller then most boa constrictor constrictor's. Most true red tails get HUGE and if this is one of your first it is always best to start with something smaller. I have a boa constrictor amarali (short tail boa, bolivian silverback boa) and couldn't be happier with her. But the choice is yours.

Good Luck

Alex
