Is This a Good Deal

I still awaiting a response from the lady with the extremely reasonable prices.
However I located this add and this is much much closer.
This guy is asking 90 for the snake. She's 33 inches. It either this girl or risk my shot with the ino. Which is 40 dollars gas away. I'll be spending 100 for the ino (gas and snake). And would be spending 110 here with this boa. 90 for the snake and 20 on gas. (I'm on E) lol
I dont know what to do. A Columbian red tail is a snake I really want. And been wanting for a while. And I want a healthy one. Also it's not a 2 hour trip for this snake like the ino would be. Which one do I get?? I know inos are Expencive and very pretty. But I want a healthy snake. This one is beautiful! And she's a baby. I know i can only make my own decisions but it doesn hurt to have some opinions. So what's your thoughts. If anything I'll be picking up this one as soon as the next few hours. Here's the add.
Red Tail Boa

The number one thing is health. If they are both just as healthy, go with the one that's nearest you. Make sure they are both healthy though before you get either one. I bought a red tail that wasn't healthy and I have paid for it big time. There has been so much stress to get her where she needs to be.
