A few boas

Here is a female poss. het snow that we held back from last year, she has like 3 tone pink coloring on her, which you can't see from the pic because the lighting wasn't the best and she wasn't wanting to go along with getting her pic taken.

Here is an older pic that shows off her pinks more.

Here is a hypo het. anery we got in a trade last year, ugly right now because she is in the middle of a shed cycle.

Lastly here is a possible dominant ghost, which we also got in a trade last year.

These are all '04 babies and they are all pigs.

They look great Amelia,,,mine looks quite a bit like the first one but I don't think she's poss. het,,,just lightly colored.

Well hopefully our double het snow boas do better than they did last year. Last year was their first breeding, they both slugged out, although we got a few normal het babies (3) from the one, but other than that we found slugs, still born albinos, anerys, and even a dead snow. Since that breeding, we have re done their heating a little and fattened them up on rabbits, so we are hoping for some good litters this year. I know I will be holding back at least one of each color lol. Boas sure do leave a mess after giving birth, but seeing those little babies peeking at you makes up for it.

Amelia, you have some beautiful boas in your collection - I hope the breeding projects work out well for you this time round.

The markings on your poss. het. snow are gorgeous, particularly the squares on her tail.

Joe, joe,. when we win the lottery my dear I will buy you all the boas in the world!

I don't know how you let them go - with stunning markings like that I'd want to keep every one back

Good luck with the breeding, can't wait to see any babies - right now we have a pair of normal commons, but they are beautiful all the same, certainly nothing common about them - they'll be breeding next year,. and the hoggs and dumerils are breeding now!! Boa babies all around! (Wanna move to the UK and do some swaps?? )

Hah..no I don't see us moving to the UK anytime in the future, erik would prefer to move somewhere with warm climates, where we don't have to see any snow. But this wont be for a few years anyways. Well you can't keep everyone of them back, plus others should get the opportunity to keep such beautiful snakes.
