They can be sexed by popping them but if you have never done it its best left to someone who knows how and I would give them a couple of weeks first,

I would give her a few days to recover before feeding.

Depending on who you use it can be two weeks to a month. I'd order them right away, and they should get to you soon. You may need to get something locally in the meantime, though.

We have been buying locally, but now that there are more mouths to feed, I was thinking that ordering offline would be cheaper. Can you get faster shipping with the rodents? We have to keep and feed them for at least 3 weeks before we can attempt to sell them to make sure they are ok.
