Overbite/strange Callous

hey everyone, this message is going to be quick since the last one got deleted on me, my boa has a strange callous forming on the tip of her nose and looks like dry skin. As a result it looks as if she has some sort of overbite. She is also experiencing fatigue or lethargy but it is hard to tell since she is very tame. The callous could be from rubbing her nose on the screen on the top of the enclosure but it just seems unlikely. Her nostrils look plugged from dry scales. Anyways, if anyone has had a similar problem or can help in any way that would be absolutely great. Would polysporin work? I have no idea, thanks for listening.

Re: Over Bight/strange Callace

The best advice anyone could give you is, if you think there is something wrong with your snake, to take her to the vet. This sounds like it may be a serious problem.

Why do you say it seems unlikely?
If the snake is acting lethargic its a sign of trouble and time to take it to a good herp vet. Snakes are very good about masking illness untell they are very far along.

find yourself a herp vet and get it checked out.
