Re: Not constricting prey?
Of course I should point out that when feeding large snakes, especially with this method, it's better to feed them in a separate container/enclosure so that they don't associate "hey, the lid to my cage is opening" with "hey, FOOD!". If that happens, they may strike at your hand, thinking it's going to be feeding time. And when handling any constrictor over 6 feet it's a good idea to have a bottle of hard liquor handy, just in case they attack (pour it in their face and down their throat and they'll let go).

Re: Not constricting prey?
Yea drunk snakes... that would be a sight in its self lol My boyfriend however, is a tequila fanatic... So at any given time there is usually a hundred dollar bottle of tequila handy lol... I wonder how he would feel... then again I wouldnt think twice about useing it LOL.... But so far ive only been bit by a corn snake, and I dont really think that counts.... didnt draw blood or even scuff my skin... LOL and thankfully my burm has mistaken its self for a puppy, and comes out of her cage when you pat the floor.... and then tries to stick her tounge in you mouth... like when a puppy dog licks your mouth... YUK LOL shes a good snake tho lol... she gets fed in her cage, but it really takes you convinceing you that your here to feed her, NOT to play with her LOL and she wont eat as long as your in the room... shes more intrested in comeing out to roam the kitchen than to eat that nice furry warm dead bunnie.... I wonder if I made a leash... J/K
