Hi Boaboi3323,

The only way you are going to know for sure is to see a vet. Alot of people think that their reptile has mouth rot when it is not. Good luck!

I agree. A vet visit is needed. That is the only way for sure to know what you have on your hands.
Besides if it is mouthrot, that is frequently a secondary infection that has been brought on by something else.

So I allready see it healing and the redness is going away!! im soooooooooooooo happy and she seems to be getting to know me, she dont pull her head away while im rinsing her mouth and dosent give me that strike pose when I open her cage!

I guess I didnt tell u guys I just adopted her about three weeks ago. When I got her she was in a small pillow case in which she was transported in from IL. To me in WI. her cage they had for her had cedar garden mulch, a 6'' boul for her water dish and a 75w house hold bulb and nothing else for a heat sorce. The pillow case started to prematurely shed her head and tail(which is now very dry and I think thats how she got mouth rot) thats how small it was, and now her right eye is also dry and might be damaged. But three weeks from now and there should be major improvement!! so thats the story!

PICS:
She's on the right, and thats my very healthy male on the left!

That great to hear! Have you kept her quarantined from your male since you've had her? Best to keep them apart for at least a month, to ensure he stays healthy .
