I forgot to add, that if you live in the DC burbs of Northern Virginia, expect to pay almost twice as much as what we do! Its INSANE.

Hoh yeah. I know someone who sold his town house about three or four years ago for almost 3 quarters of a million. And then he turned around and bought a house for he and his wife and he still has another $100,000 to pay off on it.

This is getting to be a real headache. I guess its a good thing the move isn't imminent. It gives me time to narrow down my reptile collection.

Looking at how much all of you pay I think I might just have to stay in my isolated little corner of WA...
