I saw a show on the food network where a guy goes around the world and eats crazy food. He was somewhere in Central America (I think) and they were eating iguanas! Yuck!

Well, they are meat. They may taste pretty good, actually.

I actually have no problem with that. I'd probably eat it myself if I was in a place where they offered me some. Same with cat or dog or horse. As long as it's not a pet, it doesn't bother me.

Fortunately I dont have them just showing up on the doorstep.........yet...
If it gets as bad as the iguanas I might have to acquire a taste for them, but at least I would get a new salad bowl with it,, you have to do something with the shell, lol

I bet any rabbit recipe would work for roof-rabbits (aka cats) too. When dressed out the only way you can tell one from the other is the tail - short tail = rabbit, long tail = roof-rabbit, tail removed and it is anyones guess. My local grocers has dressed out rabbits in the freezer secition. I should pick one up for dinner some time but first I need to use the phesant and duck currently in my freezer
