Re: The Internets Longest Thread
oh. i totally appreciate that and if those are all yours i'm highly jealous.
Also, my inlaws left and left behind a disaster. Pretty much everything out of their cooler is strewn around my house. Boxes of crackers, water bottles, diet cokes I don't drink, etc... Probably thought they were doing us a favor leaving snacks and food. Yeah, snacks and food all over my house, and snacks I don't want to eat.

Re: The Internets Longest Thread
You could always just put it in a large box and mail it back to them!
Along with a note explaining that since you KNEW that they couldn't possibly have DELIBERATELY meant to leave all these things at your home, it had to be an oversight on their part.
So you, being the nice sweet thoughtful person that you are, are returning their possessions!

I thought about putting it all in a box and saving it for when they return again. My MIL did this for me. I accidentally left a box of Nilla Wafers the last time we were there. My MIL saved them (didn't even clip the bag to keep them fresh) and 6 months later BROUGHT them from Indiana to Maryland, in their glory stale state.

Re: The Internets Longest Thread
Yesterday was a good day! Last night I accompanied another rescue gruop to the trailer park where all the cats are. We trapped another 15 adult cats, they took them A lot of them are sick and such and this rescue group still took them. It has again dropped the number drastically. It looks like there are about 25 to 30 left, compare to the estimate of around 80 when I started! There was even a feral recue group who is trapping the real feral ones too! THey vaccinate, treat for any illness, spay and neuter, then they adopt them out to farmers as barn cats. It is definately a better life then just roaming there.
