Thats a little bit ridiculous! She needs to get over herself! Kids are kids and I do get that! This morning I ran into her father as he was leaving for work and he explained to me that they are testing her for autism

I kind of figured something was not all there upstairs but I figured it was more emotional as her mom ran off on her and her brother and has not been back in a couple of years. Her brother is the typical angry aggressive little boy but listens when I firmly speak to him. So here we go again, pull on my heartstrings, lol. I did explain to him that I do get that she has issues but it is his responsibility to watch her! Not mine! There is a reason I do not work for CPS anymore, lol.
I get the issues some kids have and I understand special needs kids. My youngest son has a learning disability and can be quite the handful, but I feel it is my job as a parent to be aware of what he is doing at all times and correct the negative things that he does. Even with all his issues he does not disrespect people and their property and the few times he has by telling an adult to shut up

there has been stiff consequences that are appropriate on his level.
My kids are the type that would rather be your slave for a year, than have you tell their mom they said or did something out of line, lol. My oldest says he would rather meet the Grim Reaper face to face then have someone tell me he did something wrong, LMAO
I guess even only being 32 I am old school and DEMAND my kids be respectful! I refuse to have those teenagers that hit their parents or do whatever they want whenever they want. I am the in your face type of mother, lol.
I can tell you that about three weeks ago my oldest son was in a lot of trouble for a smart@@@ remark he made to me, he got so mad he actually stepped himself into my face and puffed up at me (yes he is lots bigger than I am, lol) so naturally I stepped right into his face and asked him if this was something he really wanted to do as I would drop him right now, he stepped back and I lectured on what an idiot he was to even think he can intimidate me, especially when I was dusting a very large crystal bowl and still had it in my hands, lol. I explained politely to him that I will not tolerate that and he is lucky he did not end up with it right upside his head, lol. Needless to say he has been miserable doing most of my chores and writing a seven page essay as why it is not okay to disrespect your mom

He did the first one which was not good enough as he did not have enough research into what really happens to boys that start like that! So he is now working a "masterpiece" as he calls it, lol
Phewwwwwww..............I feel so much better, lol
Maybe I dont need a shrink afterall, writing is very therapeutic
