ug international flights are always a nightmare! glad you got home safe tho. going threw London was a mess for me too. I get that when I'm almost awake. I'll stretch my leg out and my foot and then bam , I get a cramp in my foot. Man does that hurt. The thing is I don't remember not to do it until too late because I'm not awake yet.

for a long time I was getting them so much, i trained myself to wake up before they hit and I would stop whatever muscle stretching I was doing which was causing them.
I noticed I have been doing it again, and like you said, just before you wake up normally. I didn't catch it this time.

Sometimes cramps are caused by dehydration and lack of potassium and also sometimes strenuous workouts as well.

well that would make sense then. I'm not getting the excercise i'm used to right now, i haven't had a banana in a week and I definatly didn't drink enough water yesterday.
