and Kelly, we used to have two (i think they were ruby throated humming birds, does such a thing exist?) that would come between 6-7 every night during the summer at my moms, they were totally fearless and sooo pretty!

Re: The Internets Longest Thread
It really is not as difficult as you think considerindg it is a 1500 gallon premade hard plastic pool on the bottom one, and the top one is not as deep as it appears. The part that bites is moving of all the rock I have stacked around it as the wall to hide the big blue pond. It was kind of a shock that they did not want it as she seemed to love it so much and he said it looked like too much maintenence. However I would not leave my koi that I have raised since babies and now they are over 13 inches long. what a pain though. It is worth it as this house is definately in need of some landscaping as I had to mow the four feet of grass down to even move in, ughhhh......So depressing! I am not used to this at all, I miss my Garden of Eden......poor poor me, okay I am done feeling sorry for myself, lol

Re: The Internets Longest Thread
Cool Picture D. Is that just an alcove or is it the start of some sort of tunnel?
Nicole just think though now you can do it all over again and make any changes you thought of after you did it the first time!

Re: The Internets Longest Thread
yeah that sounds like a great idea I was thinking about adding another pool to it the same size as the 1500 gallon and adding another waterfall, who knows it sounds great but my poor back might not agree. You see my hubby does a lot for me but standing in water with fish and sludge all around your feet and legs is something that he wont do, the fish nip his legs and he freaks out ( screams like a girl, quite amusing) it is a lot of work getting the rocks in and around the pond, its really like a puzzle that takes forever to build.

Re: The Internets Longest Thread
argh.....my visa application for an extension to stay here in the US a while longer go messed up by someone!!! then to top that off...i phoned my travelagent so I could change my return date of my flight and she is like...umm...it looks like we can't change it. I am here in sandiego and the only flight I can get out leaves on sunday in newyork...and I find this out today!!!! i can't even get back to colorado to get my stuff from my apartment or anything! so now I sit here working out how to get to newyork to catch my flight our on sunday.....
haha yeah..stuff happens. what can ya do... what sux the most is that I have o time to sort things out....gonna cost me a fortune now catching all these last minute flights....it sucks, all that I have saved will just go to waste because of a persons error that is out of my control!
so I should be back home in southafrica on tuesday(it is a long flight with a change over).
haha sorry for that...just a bit angry and needed to shout out a bit lol
