Ok so I went to the doc and nothing is wrong other than a migraine that lasted FOREVER. They gave me this shot that just made everything all better I feel a little loopy though, Okay I feel actually quite dumb and spacy. Maybe it is the vicodin too, who knows, but geez this thing was hideous! I feel all better now As long as it does not come back I am good.
Yes I am a huge wimp and have no pain tolerance, whatsoever. It is amazing I had 4 kids, I have no idea how that happened! I was bidding on this book on ebay and just waiting for the last 3 minute countdown to put in a high bid, well when I hit refresh it just said bidding has ended on this item. I look and 21 minutes went by, so I sat there I guess at the computer staring at the screen just waiting for it to get close to the last minute, only lots of minutes went by.
Grandma has the kids, she said I was drooling or something like that shes crazy! But wow do I feel better already! I think I should go to bed but Oscar is stomping on my toes because he is mad about something, hmm... whats new..

I found that my migraines were triggered but different things; the bubbling of an aquarium, fire works, and the big trigger for the 14-day one was the smell of Chocolate brownies. They can also be triggered by your female cycle, stress, etc. Now I only get 1-2 a year.

the smell of chocolate brownies That would be horrible, I like chocolate brownies! I dont have the female issue anymore so that cant be it. I really dont know what did it! I can tell you that this is horrible! I still feel really spacy, and have the small headache, but nothing like the one I had before. I would have to say the thing that bothers me the most is the whole spacy thing. and the fact that I seem to have like no short term memory. It is very frustrating! I lost my coffee cup like 10 times already this morning I probably should ease up on the coffee though. lol. So who knows I guess I just wait for it to get better. Very frustrating. Its hard for me to believe that this could be caused by my eyes.

I get migraines/severe headaches whenever we are going to have some kind of storm and the barometric pressure drops quickly. We are having a Nor'easter today so yesterday my head was hurting pretty bad. Once the storm starts I usually feel better.

I got an email from my daughter's band teach on Friday. I may have mentioned before that she was asked to be in the High School Marching band starting in September, when she will be starting seventh grade. We are very proud of her because usually the earliest that they take the kids is eighth grade.

She is thrilled becasue the band is really good and the have played at Disney World for the past several years. We have never been to Disney so that is all she can talk about! Well... in the email I was told that this year we will not be going to Disney :-( We will be touring Virginia, North Carolina and Tennessee with a performance at DOLLYWOOD!!! I am thrilled, I think I would rather go to Dollywood than DIsney.

I am just concerned about my little 12 year old spending so much time with high school kids. At least they are all band dorks, right????

I plan on going on all of the trips. They have a Music Boosters committee for the parents and I plan on being very involved.
