My Dad is has the same issues with his asthma, and we got around that by haven't certain spots the cat could lay and that was marked with a blanket... And it wasn't allowed in his bedroom at all.

Re: The Internet's Longest Thread

Probably going to be confined to one room until she finds out if her friend still wants to take him. At least at her friends house, she can visit him. But if her friend doesn't want him, he'll have to risk being an outside cat again.

Hmm... everyone's asthma is so different. For my family, just having the dander around in the air is enough. He probably won't be able to stay in that room for long.

Get that cat micro chipped! That way if he goes missing again it insures he'll get back to his rightful owners!

Re: The Internet's Longest Thread

That's a good idea. Will they automatically check for a microchip if the people who stole him take him to a vet?

Re: The Internet's Longest Thread

We always check on the first visit, I can't guarantee others will, but almost every vet and all of the shelters have scanners.

Re: The Internet's Longest Thread

Of course thats assuming that someone who would steal an animal would even take it to a vet.

Re: The Internet's Longest Thread

Bears are boring...you want a scary north american mammal find yourself a moose, I'd rather face down a bear!
