Those two lines have haunted me for over 40 years. It was what we had to type over and over and over again in typing class.

I use it to this day. All my font previews come with that phrase.
On a side note, i went from having hair down my back, to over my shoulders. I feel lighter.

It's because this line uses EVERY letter in the alphabet (which is why it's used in font packages).

Re: The Internet's Longest Thread
The first herp I've seen outside was a turtle, and I narrowly avoided running it over. It was in the middle of the highway on my way home yesterday. Fortunately, when it crossed my path it was nearly across the road, so I think it was able to make it to safety.
In the approximately two seconds in which I realized there was something in the road, it was moving, it was a turtle, and I needed to swerve or I'd run it over, it looked like an adult red eared slider. If that's the case, I have to wonder if someone actually drove out that way and just dumped a pet off by the side of the road.
I wish I had been able to stop and check on it, but it's a little difficult to just stop dead on a busy highway.

Your haircut looks great Liz! It is a whole new you!
My side note: Not in California as planned. My boyfriend decided to "text" me the day before I was to fly out there to tell me that he has been seeing someone for the past 2 weeks & If I didn't want to come out there...he would understand. I will never understand some people!!!!!!!
