Re: The Internet's Longest Thread

See, I don't drink coffee so I don't have to worry about it. I've never liked it, bleh.

She's trying to convince me that for 2 days and 2 nights she needs an amazing amount of clothing.
Driving clothes
Camping clothes day one
Pajamas
Camping clothes day 2
Wedding Clothes
More Pajamas
More Driving clothes.

I told her I'd happily pack her bag. She declined.

So now I need to find all of the touristy stuff that I MUST see along the way.

Re: The Internet's Longest Thread

I have an Outback Sport, not as big as a wagon, but certainly more space than a sedan. I'm thinking of sleeping in the car, that way shes only allowed to bring as much stuff as she can tolerate sharing her sleeping area with.

I was planning on driving back Sunday afternoon after the wedding, but she informed me that it is not until 5pm, so assuming she can get out of there at 7-ish that doesn't put us at home until 4am and I have to be up for work at 7:30am! I think I may need Monday off.

Re: The Internet's Longest Thread

I HATE sunday evening weddings. I have one to go to in a month on the south side of DC. not exactly right around the corner.

Re: The Internet's Longest Thread

She sounds like my ex-wife! We'd get ready to go camping and she thought she should have at least 3 changes of clothing per day!
And we were touring on a MOTORCYCLE!
It finally got to the point where I would have her lay her clothes out on the bed and I would go thru and thin it down a bit!

lol. Lacey, you may want to "forget" one of her bags at home when reorganizing the car.

Re: The Internet's Longest Thread

Okay, my boss agreed to give me Monday morning off so If I get home at 4am I can sleep until 11am and then crawl out of bed and go to work. Yay.

Her boyfriend says she needs to spend more time with me because i'm a bit more minimalistic and a bit more laid back but I don't think there is much hope for her.

Ugh! Have you guys seen the add for the AT&T go-phones? The one with Meatloaf singing, I think I hate it more than the "Head-On" commercials.
