New Panther

I'm so excited, I had the opportunity to purchase a Ambanja-Ambilobe cross last week through a group buy offer by Sceameleons. Happens to be my favorite flavor so I couldn't pass up the deal. Waiting now for the set up kit (part of the deal) then they'll ship the little guy.

Any words of wisdom? I am a current Jackson owner but it hasn't been for too long.

I just googled them and they look BEAUTIFUL. I might have to get one in a year or so (have to get "buddy" all set in his new enclosure and get him grown before I think about anything else )

WOW very pretty!!! I almost got a panther not to long ago but I realized it was more work than I wanted for now. Maybe later though! Do you have a name yet? Any pictures?????!!!!

I only have the pic of the one I picked out. Looks real plain as I picked the one that looked the most relaxed. The youngsters pictures with the bold colors are more excited/agitated.
I was told they are all going to look like their older brother, and will be capable of sporting those colors once he's old enough.

I'll name him when after he gets here. At least I know the gender of this one. My Chinese Water Dragon is really a toss up as he/she's only about 7 months old.

I got the little Panther today. The first thing he did was to puff up, hiss and flash some stripes at me so I named him Tiger. Little guy came from the east coast and I'm on the west. Thats one heck of a journey, he's real strong, quick and getting used to his new home. Haven't taken any pics yet as I'm just letting him get used to being here. I suppose the last 24 hours have been a real experience for him.
