Well since we have had her. Is there anything special I should do? She seems to be shedding fast...Damien takes forever.

Just misting and keeping the humidity up.

I haven't even SEEN either of my two shed. They must be eating it before I see it. They're definitely growing. Just what Merlin suggests is all you can do. A warm shower would help, too.

How often do they actually shed their skin then?

It depends on how fast they are growing. As with all reptiles.
A young rapidly growing animal will shed more often than an older one.
