My female J ackson's feces is like clear jello with a red blob in it. She has just started this and eats well and is eating well and very robust. What could this be and is there any medication for it that can be purchased without prescription?

I highly recommend a vet visit. I would never medicate an animal without being sure what the cause of the problem was.

I'm with Ken, you might wait be able to just bring the feces into the vet for analysis too if you want to take that road it might only cost you about $20 or so for a parasite float.

I too suggest a fecal float. At least you will know if it is anything you need to be worried about, and if it is, the proper meds that would be prescribed.
