Re: pic of ziggy

I looked at the pic's, He looks a little chubby to me but I'm no expert.
How is your lighting set up? What are you using for UVA\B light? If you are using a fluorescent UVA\B bulb, Have you changed it in the last six months?

Re: pic of ziggy

Ok, I googled ESU slimline And there different types. Did the box it came in say it was for reptiles? The reason I ask is because is because if they don't get UVB light, they can't process calcium and other minerals leading to metabolic bone disease.
Like I said, I'm not an expert. But I did have an Iguana years ago that suffered this fate.
Fluorescent Bulbs that produce UVB are only good for six months max.
I could ask a ton of questions about this and that, But I would first recommend that you read the care sheet for chameleons on this site if you haven't already. It has a lot of info. It's for veiled not panther, But I would suppose that their needs are very similar.

Re: pic of ziggy

You can try supplementing with some liquid calcium that has d3 already in it. It's not a replacement for the powder and actual UV in this case, but it will help a little. That stuff saves lives, make sure it's unflavored or naturally flavored and get yourself a plastic syringe.
