Welcome to HCN. More details about your enclosure, temps etc might help. Have you let her settle in, meaning not handling her for at least a week when you brought her home?

I agree
i think Venus is my HC hero she always has great advice.More info on tank set up and dont handle till you think hes comfortable (i know she said that but hearing from more than one person will make you more likely to follow the instructions.
