Going to get the foam an tile grout in the morning to try building a few things for our snake cages. So to my question does the grout need to be sealed with anything. An if I decide to paint the grout using acrylic model paint does that need to be sealed. Thanks

If you are concerned with sealing the grout you can use Drylok, it is an epoxy paint for concrete that would seal it(plenty of other types of concrete. Realistically though sealing it I wouldn't see as a necessity. And exterior house paint should be sufficient. Model paint gets expensive. Hope this helps.

Great thanks. I have a huge amount of model paint been building them since I was little. I didn't figure the grout should be sealed.
