I was just wondering what size a 9 week old and an 8 1/2 month old should be? I was told they were suppose to be. I want to make sure they are not eating to much!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't believe snakes will eat too much. They will either be hungry and eat, or not be hungry. Most people have a problem of feeding them too little.

well how much and how often are you feeding? If the prey/ snake size ratio is good and you are feeding on a set schedule then there is nothing to worry about.

What size are they now?

You really can't tell the age of a snake by the size. There are too many variables.


Actually you can feed them too much! And burmese are notorious for becoming obese. Some people are just in such a hurry to have a BIG snake that they over feed. And its just as unhealthy for them as it is for us.
