how much to feed a python

how much to feed a python

i read that some people have problems with feeding there b-pythons. luckily for me that is not a issue. my question is how much would/do you suggest that I feed a 3 footer. feeding 3 f/k adult mice now but emma seems to want more. dont want to over feed her and still some what new to this whole thing. any advice would be appreiciated.

you might be better off upgrading the size of prey. The basic rule is 1 to 1 1/2 times the fattest part of the snake. In other words you should see a recognizable lump in the mid section after feeding. 1 small to medium rat would be better than 3 large mice.

Yes and just feed once a week.
