Okay, seriously, there is a bug going around, my kids have already started with it. Stress will also do that to you.

I was referring to the pregnancy of all 4 of my kids, lol. So unless you are are pregnant I think you will be fine, lol.

The bug that has hit up here is about 3 days, to a week. It comes with the upset stomach, vomiting, and headache, and body aches and pains.

Like I mentioned earlier, stress will do that to you also! I used to suffer from that horribly when I worked for CPS all the time. To the point where I was disgustingly skinny. I still get that if I take the rescue business to heart and let it get to me. My doc has me on appetite stimulants at the moment, and I am also learning how to deal with it, without it effecting my physical well being.

So try something that relaxes you, learn to just take time to yourself.

I wish I could get disgustingly skinny. Not eating seems to give me MORE weight. *Sigh*

But stress is a good point. I usually am stressed.

You really do not want to be disgustingly skinny! It is very embarrasing, I am surprised people have not thrown potatoes at me at the store, lol. Besides, it is really hard on your body, being grossly skinny also comes with the effects of malnutrition. It is also really hard on your organs to function properly. Causes many, many different issues.
I can tell you though if he keeps me on these stimulants, I will become huge, lol. as I eat Cheetos as I type this.
Here, this will help you figure it out, I am 5' 9" and weigh 119 pounds at the moment. Yes, it looks as gross as it sounds!

I hope you get to feeling better! My money is on stress. Relax a little and you might see some improvement.

I too was disgustingly skinny once. I looked like a skeleton. Stress was to blame. I don't look like that any more, and when I was that skinny, I was constantly sick.

Hope you feel better Typh. The flu is going around here too. I'm trying really hard not to get it.

Yikes this is a nasty flu, my youngest son now has it AGAIN! He has also had the flu shot, go figure!

Liz, you are right, being skinny like that helps you catch everything that goes around, so my days are numbered, lol.

Really, Typhanie, I would rather be overweight, than like this. My hubby is always on my case about, eat this, eat that. It drives me crazy! I am not anorexic or anything, I just do not have a great appetite. I have gone days without eating, before I actually realized it was days. I drink a ton of coffee and Starbucks, so you think I would be giant, lol.

I have started playing the games on here, to help me relax again. I must go and whoop Rich now as he seems to be taking my scores AGAIN!

Please keep us updated on how you are. Oh, and by the way, smelling a spearmint teabag helps fight nausea, and so does an ice pack on the back of the neck!

Been awhile. Again.

I had that bug for over 3 weeks. It was no fun. I'm still recovering. I now have energy again, but I still tend to get ill after eating, most of the time. Can't wait to feel myself again, for what it's worth.
