I know how you feel about the whole animal thing,, I see it all the time in PERSON! That just makes me sick! The oh well it died, I will just get my kid another one, really peeves me! Sometimes it feels like no matter how much you try to educate, you are just wasting your breath. For some reason the human species thinks it ok to treat animals like that, after all we are on the top of the food chain, so it should be our right to be complete and total wastes of life, grrrr...
The ones that get me are the ones who have been given the advice, and they know they need to change, or go to the vet, but they refuse to spend the money on "just a lizard" or "just a snake". !

Don't worry about Flickr, there is something better on the horizon.

I was really worried when they merged. At first it seemed okay - the price of a subscription went down and nothing horrible happened - then, gradually, they just started to add things in. Then when yahoo shut down their own photo service... Well I'm just not sure it's worth paying for an account much longer. I kind of wish I hadn't paid up early through next year. I really hate those sparkly animated awards and invitations too. Now instead of getting real comments, you get a hundred *****You've Won!!*******Join My Group***** comments. :P
