So remember a few weeks ago I had Xrays that showed bone degeneration in my spine and I was getting bad back pain?

Well, its 20 times worse right now, totally shooting down my leg into my foot. I go in for an MRI tomorrow and get some nice fun pain killers tonight at the pharmacy.

Weeeeee.

10.5 hours later of sleep, I woke up! Man I feel better.

Well, my X-rays came back and i have Degenerative Disc Disease. Pretty much the cushy stuff at my lumbar is not quite as good as it used to be and its pinching my nerves. It does get better over time, not that it heals, but muscles take over and straighten things out. People who get this in their 30's don't typically have the pain later in life.

I have to do a few thing. I have to take anti-anflamitories daily.
I have to do a set of 4 exercises daily
and i need to drop...

I was at an auto event this weekend. Lots of people brought their dogs, this one guy brought his 5 foot long snake. He was sitting in the bleachers and all the girls around him were freaking out.

I walked right over and asked if i could hold him, which he promptly said, yes.

All the girls looked at me like i was nuts. It was fabulous.

My lower back is all knoted up, and it goes all the way down my right side into the back of my thigh. Usually a good stretch does it fine and the problem goes away, but I did 30 minutes of stretching last night and I swear its worse. I have a heating pad on it right now.

Any other suggestions? Can't do a massage. Liz = broke and Todd sucks at them.
