Breakfast:
2 slices banana bread (seeing a trend here?)
8 oz hot chocolate with whipped topping

Lunch:
Single serving Chicken and Rice with carrots and peas.
Handful of dried pineapple.
12oz hot chocolate with more whipped topping.

Dinner: Chicken breast on the george foreman grill (makes great leather, I think i need to cook for a shorter amount of time)
4 cheese rice-a-roni.
16oz milk.

I feel better...

Life has been hectic lately and I haven't been eating healthy, nor have I been eating enough and so I feel like crud. I started keeping track of what i'm eating on random bits of paper, but I think i'd rather put it all here where I can find it...that way I can se the horrible things i'm eating and hopefully motivate myself to eat a big salad.

Yesterday:

1/2 of a left over omelette (sp) from ihop with cheddar, sausage, bacon,...

I hate snow, but we got about 9 inches last night and it's the really heavy 'make you want to make a snow fort' type of snow. I am torn between my hatred of it and the fact that I spent 4 hours shoveling and i'm no where near done yet and the strong desire to jump off the roof into the 6 foot tall pile i've made.

I just wish it would go away so I didn't have to be so torn...
